Ken Edelstein

Ken Edelstein has reported on Georgia politics, business and the environment for nearly three decades, winning numerous journalism awards for his own work. As editor of Creative Loafing from 2000 through 2008, he built the weekly newsweekly into the second most popular publication in the state and led the staff to more than 40 significant journalism awards.

With KSU’s help, Ken is developing GreenBuildingChronicle.com, a media organization that focuses on the Southeast’s growing environmental construction industry. Independently, he operates the MyGreenATL.com environmental website and serves as the Planet Pundit columnist for the Mother Nature Network (mnn.com).
